It just reminds me of my aunts turtle neck jumpers even she has given the turtle neck a rest well they are calling them 'high neck' crop tops but i just caaaan't.
Something about them just screams somthing Deirdre Barlow would wear with high waisted pants....mmmmmm.... attractive.
